Returns and Exchanges

All pieces are hand made from natural materials with lots of love, care and attention, there for each piece is unique, and no two are the same. Please allow small imperfections.
It is very important for us that you are happy with your jewelry, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging. Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs. If your order arrived defective or damaged please contact us to receive a replacement.  All custom and sale pieces are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.                                             
                                                                                                                                                          Please email us at info@gilidoliner.com before posting any item back to us so we can process your request. Quote your name and address, details of product and reason for return. We will then advise on how to proceed. We are unable to accept returns that have not been agreed prior to shipping.
Please pack your product properly and send it as a registered delivery (with tracking number) for your own protection, as any items lost in transit will not be considered for refunds or exchanges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.                
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
